Invoices can be found under Order History. If you need to pay your bill online, you will need to access the BillTrust Pay Online portal.
If you do not have access to the BillTrust payment portal and need it, please notify us via Live Chat, call/ text 1-833-468-2622, or email Email: webcontact@vamac.com We will make every effort to provide you with immediate access to the portal to pay your bills.
For orders shipped via UPS, you can expect a tracking number to be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
For orders shipped via VAMAC truck, you will only be notified if you have signed up for VAMAC delivery tracking. You may sign up for order VAMAC Truck tracking by filling out our Order Tracking Preferences Form. Order tracking will notify you, based on your chosen preferences, the status of your order once it is out for delivery.
If you need to change or cancel an order you placed through the website, please contact us immediately via Live Chat, call/ text 1-833-468-2622, or email Email: webcontact@vamac.com. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the material and your order may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% as well as return shipping charges.
Special order and/or not regularly stocked material is not subject to cancellation or return unless approved by the manufacturer. If your order has already shipped from the manufacturer, we will need to get their approval to return the material and a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply plus any incurred freight charges.
If you choose to have your order delivered via VAMAC Truck* as the Shipping Method, your order will be delivered to the address specified once all the material is received into the shipping branch (if not currently in branch stock). VAMAC Truck* deliveries are made on a first-come-first-served basis.If you have questions about when you will receive your delivery, you will need to contact your local VAMAC branch.

Yes!* If you would like to pay in the store when you pickup your order, just submit your order as a 'bid only' and specify in the order notes on the checkout page that you will pay for your order in the store when you pickup. *Exceptions Apply.
Our PVC and copper pipe can be purchased in 10' or 20' increments (availability varies by branch). Our galvanized and black steel pipe are sold in 21' sections with pipe nipples available in various sizes.
VAMAC, Inc. offers credit to approved customers. To apply for a credit account with VAMAC, please download and complete the PDF digital application below then send via mail to our Credit Department or hand deliver to your nearest VAMAC location.
Please reference our Return Policy to see if your material qualifies for a return. To return qualified materials, find your ordered materials invoice in your Order History. Select the products you would like to return from that invoice, then click on "Return Selected."
VAMAC accepts most major credit cards and cash. Online orders for delivery must be prepaid by credit card online or paid for in store if using cash. To pay for your online order in person at the branch, submit your order as 'bid only' and specify in the order notes on the checkout page that you will be paying in person at the local branch. *Exceptions Apply
You can add your own part numbers to products on the VAMAC website by entering the part number on the product's page or mass loading your part numbers through an excel spreadsheet. You can learn more and downlad the excel file by visiting our Customer Part Numbers Resource Page.
